PLANWERK INNER CITY BERLIN — The inner-city plan is a strategy to reurbanise and revitalise Berlin’s historic centre and west section. After a three-year discussion and planning process with the participation of residents, planners, administrators, interest representatives, owners, and politicians, the plan was adopted by the Berlin Senate in 1999.
