RODENSTOCK GARTEN MUNICH 2015 — The Dreimühlenviertel district is characterised by buildings with intimate courtyards and wide, inviting passageways that have a semi-public character. The development concept for the Rodenstock area takes this characteristic a step further. Located directly on the Isar River, a residential ensemble with around 280 apartments and interior park-like gardens has been created. One of Munich’s streams, a tributary of the Isar, has been uncovered, now openly flowing through the area and offering residents a high quality of life.
