THERESIENHÖHE MUNICH 2002 — The moving of the Munich exhibition centre to the site of the former Riem Airport freed up a large inner-city area near Theresienhöhe. The centrally located Bavaria Park and the listed exhibition halls form the heart of the district north of the Wiesn. In addition to cultural facilities, conference spaces, and hotels, office buildings and urban villas with a high living standard are planned here.
