URBANE MITTE AM GLEISDREIECK // South Site development plan - 17.12.2020

The development plan for the southern building site of the Urbane Mitte Am Gleisdreieck was recently open to the public viewing, enabling anybody interested in the project to review planning and make suggestions.

An integrated sports hall connects the two structures of cbuilding sites 6 and 7. The multifunctional sports hall will provide a new home to sports clubs and, together with the stimulating outdoor facilities, will be a space to play games and be active. The ground floors, which showcase the city, will house a cafeteria and bicycle workshop, among other things. Offices and new working environments are being built on the upper floors.

The southern building site is the first step in the ongoing realisation of the Urbane Mitte Am Gleisdreieck.
