THREE HORIZONS APARTMENT TOWER FRANKFURT AM MAIN 2022 — The Schwedler Trio in Frankfurt’s Ostend district consists of a high-rise apartment building by O&O Baukunst and two flanking low-rise residential buildings by Stefan Forster Architects and Karl Dudler Architects, all grouped around a shared courtyard. The district situated on the former east freight yard in Frankfurt am Main has grown in the last decade and will now have a highly visible entrance marked by this 16-storey residential high-rise. Rounded loggias highlight the corner of Ferdinand-Happ-Strasse. The building, with 123 apartments, is part of a housing ensemble and marks the end of development at Schwedler Carré.
