LINDBERGH PARKSIDE OFFICE FRANKFURT 2018 — Gateway Gardens, an exclusive business district, is being constructed on the site of a former US military base directly adjacent to Frankfurt Airport. Slated for completion in 2021, the project offers convenient access to “target markets” and direct connections all over the world.
With a shiny silver metal and glass façade, the new office building evokes the sleekness of aircraft construction. The classically symmetrical building, made up of two staggered elongated blocks situated around a central access core, offers around 5,000 m² of rental space on its seven aboveground and two underground stories. The foyer is bathed in festive blues. A sliver of sky permeates the building through its “cockpit”, where visitors can watch aircraft take off and land.
