The apartment tower is up

SCHWEDLER TRIO FRANKFURT AM MAIN 2022 — The district—situated on the former east freight yard in Frankfurt am Main—has grown over the last decade, and now boasts a highly visible entrance marked by O&O Baukunst’s 16-storey residential high-rise. The building is home to 123 apartments and is part of an ensemble that marks the conclusion of the Schwedler Carré development.

The completion of the shell was celebrated yesterday with the raising of a topping-out crown.
