GEISBERG BERLIN // FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Germany Winner - 27.11.2020

Each year, the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) presents the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence real estate award to honour the creation of quality living environments and overall outstanding achievements in the real estate industry. Geisberg Berlin won this year’s Gold Award in the Residential category.

Together with COPRO Project Development and FORE GBS Development, O&O Baukunst converted this listed post and telegraph office in Berlin Schöneberg into a prime residential building.
A courtyard structure, two new front buildings, and roof extension were added to the existing building, together creating a new ensemble with a meaningful urban development function.
